Can I try a dress on before I buy?

All of our dresses for sale are to purchase online. In case it’s not perfect head to our Delivery + Returns page.

If I love one of your dresses but would like something changing to the design is this possible?

Absolutely. Let us know your thoughts on changing one of the gowns and we will see what we can do! Every gown is made in our Norfolk based studio so we can alter them in-house for you.

Do you make bespoke dresses?

We do! Head to our Bespoke page for more information on creating you a custom gown.

What does bespoke mean?

A bespoke wedding dress is something that has been designed and made especially for you. It's a one-off custom gown. How special is that?

How long does a bespoke dress take to make?

It all depends on the style that you’re looking for! For something more complex and detailed we would ask you approach us 18 months before your big day. For something a little more simplistic get in touch around 12 months before your day. But of course, the earlier the better!

If you are short on time and you don’t have long before your wedding, we would love to help. Send us a message and well see what we can do.

How do I take my measurements if I can't visit your studio?

Send us a message and we can talk you through taking your own measurements for one of our gowns.

Covid-19 updates

Due to the uncertain times, the process of creating a bespoke wedding dress will be slightly different to usual.

To ensure we meet all the restrictions in order to keep everyone safe, we will be creating your dress via a number of virtual consultations.

We will start the process online by talking about your design and ideas. With advice and guidance, you will then take measurements yourself. These measurements will include your height, bust, waist, hips and shoulder to floor length.

Once your dress is made it will be delivered where you can try your gown on, and feedback if any alterations need to be made. Closer to your wedding day we can undergo these alterations to ensure your gown fits you perfectly.

This process may change depending which tier Norfolk is in. If you are unsure please get in touch so we can answer any questions clearly.

If you are still wondering about something specific, or these FAQs haven't quite answered your questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch! We'll be more than happy to help.
